I’m Karen Goble, and I offer therapy with heart.

“Therapy with heart” means that this is more than just a job to me; it’s a calling, a passion. I love what I do. I am honoured every day with clients who trust me with their most sacred vulnerability. I know the work they’re doing is hard, and I try to acknowledge that by bringing warmth and humour to my sessions, and always making sure my clients feel respected, safe and valued.

I welcome people of all race, religion, ideologies, sexual orientation and background. Whether you are facing new or recurring struggles, individual therapy sessions are a collaborative experience that offers clarity and support where all parts of you and your story can experience value, respect, and healing.
